  • Outdated 1970’s bathroom received a fixture and finish refresh, adding storage, more lighting, and better functionality.

  • Historic property was on the market and we assisted the potential owners with determining if their vision would be possible.

  • 3,800 sf Mediterranean style home designed for new residential development at Vintage Oaks at The Vineyard.

  • Cottage style single-story Alamo Heights home received a two-story addition to provide additional bedrooms and bath for visiting grandchildren.

  • Lake Austin home refresh with new paint, kitchen and utility modifications, but most importantly removing a garden tub to create a walk-in shower with panoramic views.

  • Country farm house was in need of a refresh. Cozy charm with classic materials and a modern update made this project a success.

  • Existing home had a small pantry and laundry. Rearranging the floor plan allowed for a walk-in baking pantry with coffee bar, appliance storage, and a new laundry with dog crate.

  • Post-war bungalow needed some TLC. Maintaining historic charm yet adapting to today’s style of living was the main goal. Creating visual connection from the front door to the new kitchen & dining were key to create a gathering space for a young family.

  • A bright and cheery MCM update to a cute home in Austin, focused on creating an entertaining focused kitchen island and antique dish storage.

  • A master bath remodel entailed removing the built-in garden tub, enlarging the shower, and updating all finishes for a fresh update.

  • A custom built home was in need of an update. Opening the kitchen to the living and TV room, adding kids bedrooms upstairs and a primary suite with MIL suite on the ground floor means that multiple generations can live together.

  • Kitchens are very personal, so adapting an existing kitchen to meet the needs of the new homeowners is very common. This remodel tackled modifying the little pet peeves to make this kitchen more effective.
